Third Hand Smoke?
Jan. 11th, 2009 @ 11:00 am
I'm no fan of the smell of cigarettes, but I'm in the group that questions the harmfulness of second-hand smoke. Recent reports of the dangers of "third hand smoke" is total BS|
My favorite quote:
we may next hear about the dangers of fourth-hand smoke, a term coined by John Boston of the Santa Clarita Valley Signal: someone sitting next to someone who is thinking about someone else smoking.
Do you *really* question whether breathing in smoke from the other end of a cigarette is bad for you? Or just whether the amount you get from say, going to bars for a few years is statistically worse than not?

Right... I question the necessity of the hysteria over second-hand smoke, and "casual" exposure.
Right, but, would you agree that living with a smoker (i.e. being exposed to 2nd hand smoke on a daily basis for 20+ years) carries health risks?
